★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite lot of products to choose here. This is the place I will visit if I couldn't find specific item in other pet shop. Minus 1 star due to the price offer is bit expensive compared to others for the same item sold. Otherwise, love this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helpful staff esp when you're looking for basic meds for sick pets. Price is reasonable and loads of variety of food, pet bedding, accessories etc. They also do grooming. Also sells various animals including some exotic pets like snakes and iguanas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there's half star I will give them for their staff handling of customers. Their attitude will definitely suppress the Co. growth. They are just not in this service oriented business. I'll not recommend to any of my friends and will not patronise this shop again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst pet shop staff I have ever seen and doesnt deserve a star at all. This chinese lady was behaving like she is the boss of this shop.
We were unsure of an item, and she asked us to look up for it ourselves.
Didnt come forward to help out and started to raise her voice tone when asked questions again.
Very rude in manner and dare to threaten us in return.
Definitely will not come to this shop in future as they are providing a very lousy service.
Will never recommend this place to anyone...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for a cat scratching post here but the prices were quite expensive compared to another pet store I frequent, and also not as many choices. Parking is also a problem in the area, so be sure to visit earlier before lunch time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always go there to find foods, vitamins, shampoo and detergent for my cats. There are various type of foods for pets and more choices. The price is moderate and affordable. Parking is limited during peek hours. It is advisable to shop after office hour or weekends.
