2. Quality of service is good; my carpet underneath my dining table smells fresh and looked cleaner than before. However, please dont expect it will suddenly look brand new. Bear in mind that this is more of deep cleaning; so your carpet will smell fresher than before.
3. Overall i am very happy with their service. I will definitely continue using their service after this.
