★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Termite infestation is a stressful experience but Mr Jaafar (Residential Specialist) and Mr Stallone (Residential Sales) made the whole episode a better one. I asked a lot of questions (some rather scientific) but they patiently answered all of them. They are friendly, approachable, punctual and efficient. A very pleasant dealing.
Disclaimer: This review is strictly based on my dealing with these two gentlemen. I cannot review on the effectiveness of the pest control method just yet as the baiting of termites are still in progress.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made a call to them and was responded by Mr Stallone. I am not sure i got termite or what, so i sent him some photos for advice. After quickly checking the photos, he gave me detail explanation of what it is (it is not termite) and what can be done about it. Very good service and i don't have to pay anything! Next time (touch metal!) if i need termite or other pest service, for sure i will contact Rentokil!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to enlist them for pest control. They were extremely slow on their response. When I asked for another personnel to handle my request, the same person responded, once again such terribly slow response. It's like I have to beg for service and to pay them. I dont know how such a reputable company can have such terrible customer service. Why would I sign a one year contract with them when first time also cannot be prompt?! The following services would be a bane to arrange.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been considering whether should I be leaving this review. However, I would just want to warn everyone or just be extremely careful when deciding to subscribe to rentokil services as they are only responsive to close the Sales, but when come to service commitment, it's just bad. After my full payment to the contract, I've to chase for the first service slot, after that on the following month, unable to reach anyone, called to office multiple times, different day, different times no answer. I had no choice but to call the sales person, which is also very passive in solving my issue. Said he will send email to the office, asking me to try calling again.
I'm not here to sabotage their business, but they are pure irresponsible and just go missing after collecting full payment for the contract. Extremely frustrated.
