โ โ โ โ โ For the first time in my life, an agent hung up on me while I was trying to ask a question. She was unbelievably rude. She didn't mention her name but definitely an Indian woman. To say this is shocking behavior would be an understatement.

โ โ โ โ โ It is my 1st experience with ABX, and this will be my last time.
On the 5th March, I have dropped off the parcel at ABX. Upon returning home, only I realized that staff has entered the wrong recipient number. I immediately chat with their Live Agent Sha, and she noticed me that the correct recipient number has been updated.
They attempted to deliver on the next day (6th March), which actually wow-ed me. But on that day the parcel didn't send out successfully, because "Consignee does not Answer Phone". Fine, I thought it will be send out again after 1-2 days, but they reattempt to send 5 DAYS LATER (11th March). When you think this time the parcel will be sent to the recipient, THE JOKE IS HERE AGAIN. The next updates is another 2 MORE DAYS LATER (13th March), again reattempt to send parcel out. And then guess what? Wrong recipient number. HAHAHAHA FUNNY. I thought CS has updated the recipient number?
Again, I communicate with Live Agent 15th March morning (I didn't track status of parcel everyday). Live agent has confirmed that she has changed the recipient number to the correct one, and will resend within the week itself. And guess what? On 15th March afternoon itself, they RETURN THE PARCEL TO HQ. WOW BRAVO.
They took almost 3 weeks to deliver a parcel. No more ABX.

โ โ โ โ โ Personally as my own experience, so far so good. No problem at all. I prefer Abx Express more than others because the price is cheap and affordable. I saw a lots of negative comments in here, but somehow everything goes well for me. I am lucky, i guess.

Asked for proof of delivery, customer service say they will get in touch with me upon checking. No update after 2 business days.
Scary that parcel can just disappear. A big NO NO!

โ โ โ โ โ Bad service. Today at 3.40pm I missed the call from delivery guy. But after he arrived at my guard house and comfirm someone at home. He never deliver my parcel and turn away! When I call him back after 35mins. His excuses is i didn't lick up call, so he drive away.
