If they are very busy wait for a while if you're worrying so much about your parcel just request them to scan same time, they do it, staff is so so good, problem is shopee and Lazada application not functioning well whilst have big sale, even if MBE staff scan parcel in front of you but due to heavy load in application sometimes it's takes time to update in mobile application of shopee or Lazada, last week happen to my 5 Parcel, we visit them again after 1 hour of shipping parcels,
The staff attend us well and requested us to wait until shopee application update till next day, if not then you can come back tomorrow we will assist our best,
And thankfully same night shopee application updated it, means that's not fault of MBE Staff at all,
People should understand staff workers also human like us, instead of bursting and giving negative review can affect one job, please don't do that, go there, talk to them, they are always willing to help,
Many time if there is heavy traffic and parking to park car their staff member taking my parcel direct from my car also, very very helpful workers, at least they understand the situation and respond very quickly,
Thank you and love you all staff members for an outstanding help and support to make things faster.

โ โ โ โ โ Not suggest for dropping LEL Express (Lazada) parcel here, others than that was okay.
I try to drop here because its strategic location nearby my supplier warehouses.
I drop my parcels at 8/6. Parcels pickup by LEL at 10/6. Parcels arrived at LEL Warehouse at 11/6, today already 12/6 Saturday and might be no parcel going out for delivery.
FYI, others parcel I dropped at P*****h*b Setapak on the same day at 8/6, already delivered to customer at 10/6.
I have to write these because some COD orders might be cancelled by customer if the shipment was late.

โ โ โ โ โ I dropped my lazada parcel at 5.30pm but untill 7.54pm don't have any updates in my system .. their processing so slow and don't even scan parcel on time when customer drop off on that day. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. IT MAY DELAY THE CUSTOMER PARCEL AND CAUSE SELLER DROP SLA IN APP
