The items from oversea have arrived in malaysia for a long time! arrived at abx express 18 november 2021 and now 24 november 2021 still haven't received that items! When I call hq abx express,they not pick up that call!!very slow and unfriendly service! Before this,when the runner sends the parcel, they don't want to send to the home address! ask to meet and pick up the parcel near any place !! I pay the delivery cost! not buy items in cash on delivery (COD) !!! What's the point of paying the delivery cost but don't want to send near home..I hate abx express !!!! Please close your company !!
