★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff tak mesra pelanggan. Perkhidmatan yang diberikan terlalu lembab. Kaunter hanya 1 sahaja beroperasi. Ruang menunggu kotor. Kertas no giliran bersepah atas lantai. Pengimbas suhu yang disediakan hanya untuk pameran sahaja kerana tidak berfungsi.
Staff are not customer friendly. The service provided is too slow. Only 1 counter operates. The waiting room is dirty. Paper no turn littered on the floor. The temperature scanner provided is for exhibition only as it does not work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pos barang tarikh 4/4. harini 5/4 pon still kt pusat PL alor setar lagi. kalau ikutkan hati nk ja refund pos kt server lain service tip top takpa mat org tak marah ni dak.. hairan gak saya haritu check tracking tak gerak eh tiber sampai. kalau tanak cust lari improve la service tu ya paham puasa tapi hm takpa ar jom gais beralih jnt
item post date 4/4. today 5/4 pounds still kt center PL alor setar again. if you follow my heart, I'll refund the post to another server, service tip top, don't be upset, don't be upset ... I'm not surprised that day, the tracking check didn't move, eh, tiber arrived. If the customer runs to improve the service, yes, I understand fasting, but hm, I don't want to, let's just switch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only 1 counter open, and many ppl waiting outside. Limit 4 person to enter premis.. Staff not friendly at all. I prefer post office Tesco Mergong, but this is near my house that's why I went there..
