★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My parcel arrived on 25/11, but for more than two weeks it has been out on courier delivery ? Finally on 11/12 I gave a call to the office, I was told that they could not find my address and I did not pick up their call. Honestly, I received no call because if I did, I always call back any missed calls. Plus my area is not some difficult confusing kampung area, it's in town ? I was told that my package has been sitting at the office since then. Tomorrow I'm going to go on an hour drive to Kota Bharu to pick up my package myself.
This is not a courier service, it's a storage facility that keeps their customers parcels ?

now my item is missing.. im gonna report to higher authority cuz my item are quite expensive...
