★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very, very poor quality and not responsive at all. Item posted to me on 22 June but have not received the item till today. On tracking stated that unable to locate but I did not receive any call. HQ AND KB BRANCH DOES NOT ANSWERED MY PHONE CALL AND LINE IS MOSTLY BUSY. THE WORST SERVICES EVER because I haven't received the item till today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst courier service ever..only attempt delivery once..when failed,no call or sms..state at tracking status that i'm not reachable/entry restrictions..boy,my house is just in a village..not in some housing area that has guard or anything like that..if you're not gonna cover my village area,should just not accept my parcel. You want to say bcos of MCO?other courier can come to my house easily,no problems..this is the first and last time i use this rubbish courier

And when I called, you guys never answered, be it the KB branch, PC branch and Rantau Panjang. Shame on you for opening a courier service, yet letting your customer waiting this long for response!
