β β β β β I used their service twice now and both issues were for water leakage for the indoor AC unit. They did well on both jobs and gave me a 1-month warranty for each job. They responded quickly to set up the schedule and the cost was reasonable.

β β β β β This is second time for cleaning service. I was satisfied with first experience, so today I called them again. Today also I am very satisfied with cleaning service. A booking was very easy and they always keep on time. The cleaning service was also very fast and perfect. The staff were also kind and good. The staff, Nasir ali and Mohamed, were great for my service. Thank you and see you after 6month.

β β β β β Appointment had to be postponed because they overran on other jobs. I figured out later why they overran - because they really want to fix everything properly before going to the next job....
They replaced my wall split unit aircon with a used one for a good price. After 3 hours all installed, they told me it is working but they are not happy with the compressor unit they provided and came back another day with another unit. It is now working very well
Excellent team and very professional. If they are late, it is because they make sure everything is done well.

β β β β β Aircond chemical service for 30 units AC at my office. They willing to work overtime to ensure all AC are serviced in 1 day as I requested. They cleaned the place as it is after the work done. Most reasonable and affordable price in town! Highly recommended ??

β β β β β Don't fall in trap by the rating. They will charge troubleshooting charges RM75.00 even though for checking the gas level and topping up the gasses RM150.00 will be charged separately. Cleaning the air-cond. filter by washing only will charge RM75.00 separately. End up you will get higher charges compared with local vendor. Workers are foreigner and messing up my house as cleaning the filters at my hand wash basin. Not professional at all..

Very professional service with high communication skills in English. They explained all processes patiently without charging a penny more than we agreed at first place.
Service and follow up was on time, fast and smoothly.
6 aircon units with different problems fixed and serviced in one working day with 2 hours follow up in next day very neat and clean.

β β β β β First of all, I donβt understand why this business get very high rating. Or maybe its my bad day. The working is not a proper worker who is professional with their work. I can see by looking at what they did to my house. Im doing relocation outdoor unit job only. Lucky its only one. Iβll list one by one what they have done to my first house.
1. They just drill the drainpipe of the building! It can be done properly if they use proper equipment! I see with my own eyes one of then measure using his foot! What the heck! Donβt ask me what i get after i complain about the leaking and flood in my room.
2. The workmanship is very poor. The outdoor unit not even in balance position. I never see things as poor as this. Trust me they donβt know how to do their work. Im afraid to tell my wife things keep happening few days back with my AC. She will scold me for sure for trusting them since day 1. Because on day 1 they came to my house just to make a mess and told me they will come again tomorrow because their boss just accept a new job.
3. I put my review after few months after the job. Today Im doing self cleaning as routine i did before and i just realized they dont even put the screw back to my indoor unit. Now my indoor unit got dust every where not like usual and i dont know why. This is disaster for me. Trust me, thinks twice even 100 times to use their service. You will regret it unless you got so much money.
Thank you to the company for ruined my house and my new AC.
