★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team is professional. Came on time as agreed and got to work immediately. I had two units of air-con to service and the company sent three technicians. One was in charge of the removal/installation/cleaning of the hardware unit. One was doing the chemical service cleaning and the third to clean the compressor. They got it all done including topping up gas in about slightly over an hour. Thereafter, Koogen (the Senior Technician) helped to wash down the toilet floor as it was covered in dust after cleaning the air-con.
I'm happy with their service. Friendly staff and got the work done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today, they helped install an air conditioning unit I bought for them. Their team is always efficient & responsible.
Due to my residence not having a lift, they need to carry all their equipment up 4 flights of stairs. Not a single word of complaint & I had to force Kamal to allow me to help them bring some stuff up.
Amazing work ethics! Keep it up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a customer of 4-5 years. In the past, I was quite happy with their service. They are efficient in queries, quick respond and somewhat punctual in their schedule (at least for me).
BUT more recently, I requested their service in March 2020, can't remember the exact unit I serviced, but long story short - boss, gas tak cukup for at least 3 or 4 units. I didn't argue with them and just went along with their recommendation despite knowing that I did not turn on my aircon that often and some units in store room were off the while time. In the end, I paid more than 1k for 3 or 4 units (some are just normal/chemical cleaning plus GAS)
Here comes the problem - Barely 9 months later, Dec 2020, I had to service again due to a unit minor water leak. Actually everything went well, until they check the compressor. And AGAIN "Boss, gas tak cukup" but they just showed me the PICTURE of the meter reading (130psi only). I was quite furious because my air con was super cold. I called up the WhatsApp number and said it can't be leaking because I just top up the gas in March. At this time, I saw the technician hurried to packed up their equipments. I told him if it's leaking I have no choice to refill it. But at least let me see the meter reading in person. Guess what, in 10 mins my compressor PSI went from 130 (from the picture reading) to 110 (current meter reading) . BTW optimum is 150. By now I'm sure you guys know what's going on. So I demanded them to refill the gas back to 150 psi and I don't want to be charged for this. Anyway its gonna be my last time with these guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an emergency as our fuse tripped. Up Your Home Services responded quickly to our request for help with the issue. Joe, their electrician identified the problem effectively and solved it by drilling a hole in the adjoining tiled wall into the kitchen to solve the wiring issue. Although there was a risk that the tile would crack, Joe did a fantastic job. His wiring work was neat, and he didn't break a single tile. Joe's handiwork was so good that we can hardly see the casing. Joe was also very knowledgeable, informative and helpful. We really appreciate Joe who is a professional and is proud of his work (It was excellent!). From now on, if we are in need of electrical repairs we will go to Up Your Home Services!
