Normal price point for booster packs is RM 16 but this shop has the audacity to mark up till RM 35.
This shop will do what it takes to take advantage of their loyal customers.
Never again visiting this shop.

It is definitely that person they mention haven't paid any deposit , I can very sure about that, it is definitely is an unfair deal between the shop and their friend. Stop fooling around your customer, please be honest.

VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE! NO FAIR DEAL HAPPEN HERE, YOU ARE FRIEND OF THE BOSS/STAFF THEN YOU GET WHAT YOU WANT, IF YOU ARE NOBODY THEN JUST GET OFF (THIS IS THEIR ATTITUDE!)
I went there to purchase a figure, the time i ask for price and info the staff still can answer me, when I already ready to purchase (inform the staff) and already ready to give them my credit card, suddenly the staff said the figure was booked by someone and the someone is coming, he MIGHT want it, yes only MIGHT want it, mean no book???
I don't understand what is the logic here, I am the one who come 1st and ready to purchase, no one inform / telling me the item was book when I asked for detail and price. Until the time i wanted to purchase i saw the staff was texting someone (YES IS HIS FRIEND), and then end up telling me someone was booked and MIGHT want it. I thought the thing is 1st come 1st serve basic, and the person not even say want it, just MIGHT want it, I already ready my credit card to pay.
Worst experience ever!! Never respect customer at all, ridiculous service! NOT DESERVE ANY STAR.

Bought at the wrong time, which mean I got stuff later than what they told me for the estimation arrival, but I don't mind that~
Customer service are kinda slow on responding in WhatsApp, but friendly and nice which is actually good.
And the figure I received got some faulty on some parts/spots on my Sinon despite being original Bandai Banpresto figure.
Overall, I'm quite satisfied with everything. (Oh, don't mind the blank block I put on the pics)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t buy Pokemon TCG from Ace cards! When I got home I noticed that the seal is loose and the box is kinda halfway open. Not only that as u can see from the picture the seal isnt tight. When i try to open the lead slights off easily. They cheated on me ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time in a trading card shop in years. Guy at the counter was so nice, answering all my questions and being patient with me. Colour me amazed as his recommendation was spot on. Bought two DBMF booster box and got what i wanted and more! Definitely will come there again in the future :))

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am from the United States and have recently made a purchase from Ace Cards & Collectibles. This store has left me flabbergasted... Customer service and response times were astounding. My time zone is literally the opposite of theirs but that was barely an issue. Not only were they willing to help a random person from overseas, but they were also very accommodating to me and showed no signs of disinterest. My order was very well received, and everything was perfect to the core. I am one very happy customer and will continue to order from them online as much as possible. One day, I must personally visit this store should time permit. Truly a reputable store and I highly recommend it!
