★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I must say that the customer service at mid valley sony centre was so much better than the Sony Flagship Store at The Curve Damansara during my two recent audition of the newly launched Sony Wf-1000xm3 wireless buds. I was very lucky and honored to be served by a very young professional sales person Mr.YUGEN, someone who is really passionate in his job, with very good attitude, friendly, patient, helpful and with good product knowledge. I was offered a nice seat at one of the corner before the audition started (no tea/coffee/biscuit though). When I complained about the random wireless disconnection from one of the demo earbuds, Mr.Yugen immediately offered another set of demo for me without hesitation. Mr Yugen also fullfilled my request to switch to other eartips of different size and material i.e. foam vs silicone version for a more precise fit and comfort. Thanks to Mr.Yugen professionalism, I managed to make a decent informed decision and immediately pre-order the Wf-1000xm3 from him! I also bought a sony lens (SEL35F18) from him at a decent price. Full 5-stars without any doubt! Keep it up bro!

Price is scam. They claim they are Official Sony Store.
I am looking at the XM4 headphones
While official website and lalaport store selling RM1099.
They sell it RM11xx, and raise the price to RM1499 for Blue color, and said they are the only one have Blue color.
