โ โ โ โ โ Took an item without price tag, brought it to the cashier and she scan it( she was a plus size Malay) the items was too expensive for me, so I say I didnโt want it, and she was very rude saying she already scan, so I asked her, why you are like forcing me to buy?? Then I walked away and she say behind me u can ask me to scan to check the price instead.. Iโm like what are the differences ?

โ โ โ โ โ I am a very regular to Ace hardware in Midvalley ,very so unprofessional staff,Firstly Too much of unwanted manpower,They just stand in some place either busy with their mobile,or they just chatting,even when they see a customer is struggling to find something.recently I had been to buy some wall anchor screws,i asked the guy who was arranging the screws by showing the picture of that screw,he just said its NOT AVILABLE, but it was just next to him. When I found it he didn't even Apologise just walked away...so They are never helpful except one person I don't recall his name.I suggest please recruit good staffs..

โ โ โ โ โ I bought an L type wrench which says extensible on the packaging, but when i opened it at home it is not at all extensible.
This shop is a scam.

โ โ โ โ โ I absolutely love going to the ACE Hardware store. I get some great tools at a reasonable price.
Customer service is ample because it is a self service store and the staff have helped whenever I ask. Please do not ask for technical questions as most of these staff will not know and it is better to go to the internet to get that information.
It does deserve a three star but let it be known that my stars are very strict so do not be dismayed.

โ โ โ โ โ durable products sold here. you can find all types of high quality car lubricant and accessories. plumbing stuff also available, water filters, paints, all kind of tools, door locks, all types of tapes glue. Furthermore, gardening stuff is available as well. electric adapters and extensions available also. Price check machine is everywhere. staff are friendly and give recommendation. in fact this branch is very nice organized.

โ โ โ โ โ Located on the 2nd floor within Midvalley Megamall itself, this place is one of the few popular hardware store that carries quality products. The range of goods that they have displayed are a mixture of both local and imported stuff - so no harm to try this place if there are certain hardware or household fixing items can't be found elsewhere. Pricing depends on what you buy as some are reasonable while some could cost you a bomb.

โ โ โ โ โ Ace Hardware is a Do-it-yourself hardware store that is well-known in Malaysia, similar to Mr DIY but with more premium and higher-quality products. The Ace Hardware on the second floor of Midvalley Megamall is open from 10 AM to 10 PM.
Household, Car Accessories, Gardening, Electrical, Plumbing Supplies, Repairing Tools, Glues & Gums, Kitchen Equipment, Stationeries, Paint & Cleaning, Hardware, Outdoor Living Items, Chairs, and the list goes on. Ace Hardware carries a large selection of DIY supplies. If you can't find what you're looking for at Ace Hardware, you won't be able to get it anywhere else in Malaysia.
Because most of the products are imported from the United States and other European countries, the prices are slightly higher here. Products from China are also available at Ace Hardware. As a result of the import aspect, the pricing is a little higher, but if you don't mind paying a little more for high-quality, long-lasting products, this hardware store is for you.
The staff is quite kind and happy to assist you if you need help locating a product or have any queries. All of the staff speak good English, so don't worry if your Malay isn't up to par or if you're a foreigner who doesn't speak Malay. For security reasons, CCTV cameras are installed throughout the store. So it's entirely safe to shop here, and because it's inside the mall, there are fewer chances of horrible things happening.
This is one of the largest Ace Hardware stores in the Klang Valley, in my opinion. All of the products on the shelves are well-organized, and each category has its own area of shelves. For more technical needs, Ace Hardware is far better stocked than Mr DIY or HomePro. The store is always clean, and if you don't mind paying a little extra, I can assure you that your shopping experience here will be fantastic. Remember that a greater price indicates a higher level of quality.
