★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was attended by Mr. Sahirul Nasrun. He is very friendly and helpful. I was asking about the iwatch 7 and their product knowledge are very informative. Even though I can’t get my watch here but he helped me to contact another branch to check if they have stock. I was lucky to able to get my watch from another branch on the same day although the machine is at The Main Place. I really appreciate the effort was beyond expectations. Machine should appreciate and acknowledge staff like them. They maybe just a normal sales stuff but they put effort on their work. Well done!

Just now there was no customers at the counter. When I walked towards to the girl staff (to confirm the model of my friend’s order, not for payment), at the same time another customer walking towards to the guy staff. This girl very no manners and asked me to queue. ? First, there was no queue, 2nd u stand at the counter, it’s normal for customer to go there ask for help, why can’t u say politely counter close? And I’m not making payment
