★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I inquired with Zen from this company. Wanted to find out more about their cleaners’ cleaning experience, whether they can do the job “reasonably well”. Whether they have been trained. He refused to answer this question even though I repeated the same question a couple of times. He sent me all the details on their pricing, said his cleaners are Indonesians and gave me their available slots. He did not reply when I asked again about his cleaners’ experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of the girls clean very well but he alwaus matches a useless one with a good one. They don't have any training , very young and overworked girls ... sometimes they do up to 5 houses a day.
He even sends them in when they are sick.. and every 6 months he increases the charges!!
