★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had enough with them! They overwork their good staff and reward the lazy ones. The entire company is run by Filipino supervisors pretending to be Malaysians, with Indonesian cleaners and drivers. Only ONE Malaysian Sabahan staff was identified! Ministry of Human Resources Malaysia PLEASE TAKE NOTE! Observe their operation in silo and not trust anything said by the company! Owner Jenn behaves like an almighty tai-tai but is SO NOT! Sam-thong dealing with them. You have to pay them and chase after them! RM80 for 4hrs some more with lousy customer service and irresponsible owner. If the owner is not interested in her own business, best to seek elsewhere!

Just reminded on the supervisor... Whereby issue repeatedly raised about the uncleaned toilet... And she just acknowledged, but same problem persist over the next session.

This is the best cleaning company I've ever dealt with. Been using them for almost 3 years now, and no plan to stop or switch.
The lady boss runs a huge company of almost 100 workers, so anytime I contacted them for cleaners, even last minute, as I always do, they were always able to accommodate.
Fast and reliable chat response ; friendly & courteous, too. For those complaining about the customer service via whatsapp, perhaps try to talk more politely ?
They never forgot a single appointment, and never arrived more than 15min late.
The boss takes extremely good care of the workers, so the girls are always motivated to work.
I've found them to be friendly, pleasant, hard-working, easy to instruct. They require minimal supervision. They have good team-work, do not keep chatting, do not waste time or laze around.
They know what to do and have initiatives, even if it's their first time in my house. Always able to finish cleaning the whole house to a satisfactory level within the time-frame.
Though unrelated to their quality of work, the cleaners also always arrived looking very presentable, even though they've been cleaning houses the whole morning.
In the three years I probably only had a few dissatisfaction with the attitude or level of cleanliness ; they were minor enough and rare enough to keep me as a return customer ... and I consider myself pretty fussy.
Did I mention the girls are also honest and trustworthy ? Have never lost any item or cash without having to keep an eagle eye on the cleaners.
As far as I'm concerned, for an established cleaning company, their rate is the best in the whole of PJ and KL.
After 15 years in Malaysia, this is the only cleaning service that I would not hesitate to recommend to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RM 100 for 2 maids 2 hours service for a 1600sqft unit. Bathroom glass is not clean, bathtub tiles still got dust, i wonder why?? I wasn't asking sparkling clean, but at least clean up the stains on the bathroom glass.
Overall service is not worth the money. More like a surface cleaning (well, better than nothing if you are desperate).
If 2 hours can’t clean properly, then you should not sell this package to customer.
Hope the management can review the service and improve it.
