โ โ โ โ โ Bad service....Tour guide called to request us to go the next destination ourselves by taxi just because we were late by a few minutes to meet at the meeting point. Just imagine if you were left in oeversee and such "good" service provided by this tour guide.
Beside, we were brought to the 2 lousy islands of Cinque Terre instead of 3 & the reason given was the most beautiful island was close on the very last minute after we hv reached the place. Don't the tour agency check the availability and closure before sell the package to customer?
Food was bas also beside the service.
