Very unprofessional tour leader who never take care of team members.. Food never meet up the fees that we paid. Our Japan trip, we have two members barred by the immigration officers due to custom declaration problem. One senior citizen suffer food poisoning and was admitted to hospital. Food was lousy as compared to fees paid. It was my first and final tour with this tour agency

Very poor tour guide training. Tour guide is behaving very arrogant shown by always showing off the branded items he owns. Publicly insult tourist in the bus and always making adult jokes where he already knows there are kids on the bus. The tour company also arranges too many Asian food for my trip to Europe, which makes tourists has less chance to taste local food in Europe.

I went there to get my Chinese visa processed a month ago. I asked them when the visa can be done, some said it can be stretched to as long as 2 weeks, some told me they do not know the timeline at all (seriously!!) and in the end I went up to a lady at the counter, unfriendly look and frowned at me all the time, made a few clicks on the computer and told me the visa can be handed back to me in a week. I asked them if that was definite because if so, I could proceed with my air ticket purchase, her face soon turned even sour and answered my queries in a super unfriendly tone. I, nevertheless, handed in passports to her as I really needed to get my visa done as soon as possible and did not want any delays. A few days later, I called and checked the status of my visa. Someone abruptly picked up the receiver and put it down immediately WITHOUT even answering my call! and this happened at least 3 times before a girl finally picking up my call. As expected, Her tone was filled with irritation to every of my question and even raised her voice at me! Finally, the day when I picked up my passports, I walked in to their office like an invisible man and nobody came to entertain me. Again, I went to one of them, and obviously, she also has some anger management issue. She made a call to her colleague, exchanged some angry words, before handing back the passports to me! My verdict: SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL, ZERO CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE AND A TOTAL UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE DEALING WITH THEM. For sure will go to other travel agents next time,.

I for one will not join any trip with this group. Very poor in meal arrangement. I just came back from my trip to eastern euro and we are having 1 Chinese Meal everyday.Most of the lunch will be Chinese If we want to have Chinese, we can have it in Malaysia. As for the Accommodation I will give a very good rating. For the tour is only good from me.

We’ve just returned from a 9 day trip to zhangjiajie . Truly a memorable holiday w amazing tour guides from both countries (Xiao ching and chanelle) . Hotel and food arrangement was very good too ! their Malaysian tourguide (Chanelle) who was extremely attentive throughout d trip , helping everyone take photos cheerfully and sharing them w us in d WeChat group that she set up . She was very helpful even before d trip started , when I encountered problems w setting up WeChat . When my father in law left his mobile phone in d hotel room, d tourguides arranged for d search and d immediate delivery to d next rest area (we were almost one hour away from d hotel) . Not once did we encounter delay in meals (we always arrive to hot freshly served meals in lovely restaurants) . And when a few tour members mentioned how nice d honeydew was, d tour leader walked a few streets in search of it and bought some back for all to try. We are all truly impressed and touched throughout d entire tour .

Trip cancelled but not willing to refund 100% of our deposit. We have been joining their tour since early 2000. Been to several trips with them. Due to MCO, the trip was cancelled and I was requested to either postpone the trip to next year or get 70% of the deposit refunded. RM300 will be deducted as admin and booking fees. This is an unprecedented pandemic, as a company that has been based on the local support. Forever travel should at-least have the dignity to take up the loss ( if any ). I was utterly disappointed with how they handle the situation. According to them there is some sort of booking fees. From my understanding all flights and hotels are doing full refund. I am not sure what kind of booking and administration fees they are talking about. If you are their customer. As a client who has been loyal to them for years. I am displeased and feel that I am not appreciated for my years of loyalty. If you are having the same situation as me. I hope you will stand firm and demand for a full refund that you entitled. If you are a potential customer. I am glad you found my post. I hope you will think it throughly before you make any decision. Thank you

BECAREFUL OF TRICK! My very bad experience to this tour agency. I had purchased a Shanghai Tour package on December 2019, and paid a RM3000(2pax) deposite before departed. Due to Covid 19, the tour had been cancelled but the our China Visa is done. So our visa fee is gone with nothing and without any China visit. We think that the trip cancelled and the tour company will refund the full deposite to us just deduct the visa fee as promised before. But they not, before i paid deposite they promised that will full refund to customer if the tour cancelled. As this promise i only trust their company and make my deposit payment. The tour cancelled we asked for refund and they said this fee that fee are incurred. They will charged RM300 documentation fee and cannot full refund. How ridiculous is this!!! We even not receive any kind of service from them or a foot out of the town. But we are charged RM 400 with nothing getting!!! The second choice we can make is let them hold our deposite until next year can be travel. Second speechless!!! Our money is held from the company from 2019 until 2021 without any reason or specific date can be redeem. We just wait and wait, but is our money and our right to get it back! In my opinion, this tour company make me lost the credential to tour agency, they are deceive customer to purchase their package, a trick of marketing! Please think twice before you pay or buy any package from them. I think i should report this to consumer right society.

Look for Jan Ooi, she is dedicated travel agent. Yes travel agent reputation is important, the agent that service you is more important. We experience no aircon for our day excursion to trip to Mantatani islan in Kota Kinabalu, she helped to arrange for another van for our return journey. At least she tried n the local operaor also did their best. Overall the planning was great, not too tiring for 5 kids n 2 teenager in Sabah. Making this another memorable trip. ?????? May you get more business
