★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bought a brand new acer nitro 5 laptop. i used it for barely a day and the gpu was having problem. so, I sent it to acer service center and they said the motherboard is faulty. it has been a month and they are still waiting for the motherboard replacement . the question is why was the motherboard faulty in the first place? I just bought it and hardly played any games. I thought acer quality control would be better but it looks like I stand corrected. I will NEVER buy another acer product will recommend
to my friends and family to NOT BUY any acer product.

So if anyone have the same problem with me (when you press some letters it turns out numbers instead, it's just the Num Lock lol). Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will never ever buy any Acer products directly from Acer Sales and Services Sdn Bhd/Acer Store. Ever..............
Ordered and paid for on the 5th of August 2021 and till today, still not delivered. Should have just purchased through their dealers who are on Lazada and I bet I would have gotten the product days ago. Better still, should have bought through their dealers in IT Centers and easily gotten the stock on that day itself.
Nobody answers call at anytime during working days even though its stated that their working hours are 9am to 6pm. Must be nobody works there or the staff moral is so low they refused to answer any phone calls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sent my laptop in for cleaning and told them it was urgent since im a uni student, and had to wait a whole month before getting it back. I called them 3 times and every time I did they would say it was under repair. I went in to go ask face to face and they said it was ready for a while but the status was never updated. If I hadn’t gone in, i probably wouldn’t have gotten it for another month.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acer provide very good computers but the after sales service support the company provides the corporate customers who buy their computers, is definitely some of the worst in the industry.
Even for under-warranty checks and repairs to business computers, the management failures are extreme. The reality is that companies wanting to replace Acer products are being driven away to other, better managed brands because of the extreme failures of Acer after sales service.
Acer can offer their customers nothing but insincere, robotic apologies for their relative incompetence.
Acer's customers can offer the Acer company nothing but sincere apologies that their product fails and we are shopping elsewhere for our corporate requirements.
