★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Acer service center in Seremban, not helpful, laptop fix already doesn't wanna call back, when I call only they said finish fixing, 3 months fixing a keyboard, customer service very bad, very rude when talking to customer, hangs up the phone on customer, sometimes even pick up the phone and hang up straight away, I strongly suggest not going to this Acer service center if possible.

Not everyone like the way you speak. It might even hurts someone’s feelings. I hope you can improve that.
So that why I gave two out of five instead one.
It can be worse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service person was very friendly, quick and understand the problem faced. There is usually no queue & very quick. Got my damaged HDD replaced within 2 days, got call notifying me its done.
The location is easy to find by google map / waze, but note that the traffic is quite packed there on evening ( after 4:30 pm )
