β β β β β CPAP purchase experience was great. Sales representatives are very professional, helpful and quick response. CPAP Unit is very affordable and can be reimbursed with KWSP. CPAP unit very high quality. Acuramed also provides services such as Sleep tests, CPAP trials available. Will recommend anyone with Obstructive Sleep Apnea to visit them.

β β β β β I was looking for a non bulky APAP to replace my still in good working condition 12 year old faithful Fisher & Paykel (F&P) brand, HC254AEK model (I am gonna miss you! You literally save my life ole bulky faithful. How? That's another story!). One that can use regularly at home and compact enough for travelling. Hence, I narrowed down to ibreeze 20A+ against Respironic Dreamstation Go and Resmed Autoset 10 (desktop type as their Airsense Mini travel was only for short term usage when travel but was told not suitable for regular long term daily home use).
My most important criteria is not the price or where it was made from but the comfort, low noise whether from machine or from air flow to mask as well as compactness. Other criteria ratings are only supplementary.
The following is my personal conclusion to choose Resvent brand, model ibreeze 20A+ over others.
1) Comfort (0-10) - Resmed 9; Resvent 8; Respironic 5
2) Low Noise level (0-10) - Resmed 7: Resvent 9; Respironic 5
3) IOT app base interface (0-10) - Resmed 3; Resvent 10; Respironic 3 [although others do have app base interface but only available in US]
4) Compactness - Resmed 5; Resvent 10; Respironic 10
5) Display - Resmed 7; Resvent 9; Respironic 7
6) User interface - Resmed 6; Resvent 9; Respironic 8
7) Price - Resmed 6; Resvent 10; Respironic 5
8) Payment (zero interest with instalment with CC) - Resmed 7 (only with Hong Leong CC); Resvent 9 (only with CIMB CC); Respironic 5 (none)
9) Trade-in - Resmed 0; Revent 10; Respironic 0
10) How long does it last? That I will tell you in 6 years time.?

β β β β β I was provided 2 suppliers - Acuramed and another company when I was exploring home sleep study and oxygen concentrators for my parent. I chose to contact Acuramed ( Mr Luke ). He is very responsive to my queries and in fact arranged for the home sleep test in fast time. He shared links on the use of the sleep test monitor and set-up , he delivered the small unit in fast time so that the test can be done asap for fast diagnosis by the medical consultant. The test was done over the weekend, and a report prepared swiftly and submitted to the medical consultant for onward diagnosis. I also shared with him on my requirement for the oxygen concentrator. He sent me the brochure via whatsapp and answered basic questions - delivery, warranty and simple use. I placed the order and within 4 days, the item was ready for collection from their office, where payment was made too. The handover of the item was very simple, Luke was not available to explain and close-off the transaction due to his trainings.
There was another person who guided in simple basic terms for the use of it. Luke did provide 2 spare cannula as gesture of the sale and self-collection. I brought the item back and installed it as per advise from them.
From my experience with this transaction, suggest that that buyers do view the Youtube videos to learn/educate more of the product.(Philips-Everflo ) ie: installation, filter maintenance, humidifier bottle care, It is a good product which I hope is working well/properly installed.
It huffs while in use. The settings are determined by the medical consultant and it certainly bumps up the Oxygen level to 98 within less than 2 minutes, which is Great ! It is being used intermittently.
I would have preferred the Everflow-Q (quieter model, if there was, but it was not an option during my purchase decision).
Tip I received from visiting nurse, was that, allow the oxygen to flow through the tubes for 5 minutes when it is switched on ,before positioning the nasal cannula for use.
