β β β β β HQ of Axiata Group. But charges are bit more higher even in Malaysia and Sri Lanka by comparing others players in both markets. But technically very much gooder than others in both markets.

β β β β β Connected with KL sentral LRT (at KLIA side). There is bridge to use, but the stair at end if Axiata side seem very risky to take, yet wet and slight. Hope the construction get done soon so we can access the building in safer way through another pathway. For now, I prefer to cross the road using safe passanger lane. The building is secure with access card to selected floor. A coffee shop located at lobby for convenient grab and go.

β β β β β Ever since merger & acquisition of Adparlor happened in some time March 2018, the newly appointed head of Acquire (being the current managing director in Malaysia) started to shake things up with the new HR VP that came from Adparlor, series of unpleasant tactics unfold as they started sidelining pioneer team members that joined before this Adparlor acquisition happened. The tactic examples are:
- Cutting off the key account access that was managed by pioneer members (this was done sneakily when the 'chosen' member was on leaves), and these key accounts were appointed new client servicing personnel who are from Adparlor.
- Came up with unproven accusations on selected unlucky ones that they wanted out, i.e. the 'chosen' one were asked to propose growth hacking plans but the Head keep rejecting the plans simply due to subjective comments that the plan would not work although the employee is an experienced growth hacker.
- Changed the pioneer employee's role and responsibility without consent (this was also done sneakily when the employee was on leaves), this tactic also followed by cutting key account access which later on passed down to client servicing personnel from Adparlor.
- Setting unreasonable KPI for the pioneer member that they wanted out, i.e. the Head asked the employee to build an automated reporting tool, but not willing to grant technical support (or rather make it very difficult to access technical resources) to achieve this goal.
Some further backgrounds about the Head of Acquire, he was from Yonder Music which was the client to Adparlor before the M&A. He joined force with AdParlor and became Head of Acquire in ADA in April 2018.
