★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I send bulk of towels n bedsheets on 22/9 and came to collect a week later but was told that it was already collected. Their excuse was - it could have been collected by my husband or friend. To which i told them it was impossible. I asked for the name/person who collected it which they failed to provide. the only thing was only copy of receipt stamped with the word paid, I have the same receipt in my purse. And even after few days they insisted it has been collected. Too bad, I never see my laundry again.
