★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clothes didn't smell nice when it come out from the washing machine. Dried my clothes as well. All my clothes smell like cigarettes smoke. Complaint to the owner through hotline, didn't assist much. The person in charge replied they using Top liquid detergent. I have used Top liquid detergent on front loader machine at other laundry shop using the same machine. The clothes smell nice after wash and after drying. What is bad about this dobi shop is that it doesn't give the option for the customer to use their own detergent.
