★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a Yonex Voltric 80-etune here. Comes with free grip and string. Later bought a Yonex Voltric Z-Force II with BG80 Power. Great stringing, selections, and customer service overall. Competitive pricing in the Penang area. I might get an Astrox 99 here too because I trust them with their work and authenticity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strung my racket here recently for first time, my experience:
String placement on frame: String is heavily overlapped on the frame and crossed as many as 6 holes at 5 o'clock position which is shocking!
Grommet checking: Average. A few grommets were visibly not turned as I can tell the string is sitting on the previous groove since it's only second string.
Knots: Terribly messy.
String twisting: No twisted string seen, which is the only saving grace of this stringing experience.
I would have given them a much lower rating if I could rate them by their stringing service only, but I think it is unfair to judge a badminton shop just by their stringing, since they do look like a nice bunch of people, I am giving them the benefit of doubt that their other services could be decent. Also - they are slightly cheaper than the competitors within the vicinity if pricing is all that you care about.
