β β β β β Shop with a lot of variety, seems to be a good place to strung racket, but my 27 tension racket string broke in less than a month,bot sure if it's just coincidence or there's problem with the quality of string / the way it is strung.
Edit: my second racket string broken after 4 session (tension 26), my third racket string broken after 1 hour, unable to complete a full session (tension 26)
all of them were stringed here. Once or twice might be coincidence, but 3 times...?
and they didn't really put effort to at least say something that's nice to hear at all, it's feels more like it's your problem, we didn't care to even say anything nice / explain.
Edit 2: Friend complaint that their attitude is getting worst ?

β β β β β If you have money want to find high end product here is the place. But dont ask customer service its not good. Come inside look at high end shoe not serve at first time. After stand quite long in front of shoe rack only they come to ask what shoe. I really want to buy 500 shoe but they look me like no money at first time. When come in confusion to select between 2 good shoe also cannot give you strong reason which one better for me. Buy 500 plus shoe no free gift. What a stingy shop ever went. Just before bought high end asics at other shop they give high quality sock for free. Better than nothing. ???

β β β β β My experience of stringing racket here a few times:
String placement on frame: Perfect, strings never overlapped as far as I recall.
Grommet checking: Average. There was once my T-joint chain grommets were sticking way out of the frame, thought they should make them sit flush on the frame before stringing.
Knots: Great. Simple and tidy knots that sits well on the grommets.
String twisting: Inconsistent. Half the time the horizontal string will be slightly twisted (check the logo), although not heavily twisted I am still a bit disappointed because if the strings at the sweet spot are twisted it may affect tension.
If they could improve on the twisted strings, will probably be the best stringers in the area.
