β β β β β Bought voucher from them on fave. Didn't notice the age requirement, receptionist did not question at all when I made the booking. Arrived on booking day for receptionist to say I didn't meet age requirements and booking was made for only one person instead of two. Receptionist told me to cancel the voucher instead. Could have confirmed age with me over the phone instead of telling me on the day itself.
