由于在shopee兑换了voucher便去体验体验
接听电话员的服务态度有待提高，经过了跟她电话上沟通后的态度我决定去到了绝不upgrade任何东西。。。
后来到了过后一位sale consultant的态度让我感觉良好，所以她叫我upgrade我的项目我便upgrade了。但是洗完脸过后不但没有感觉皮肤得到些许水润，1天后脸还开始脱皮。以往都是有定期洗脸的习惯但未曾出现如此状况。。。(更何况我upgrade的还是一个补水的)
过后打电话回去询问后得到的第一个答案是我用的保养品不够。。。才干才脱皮，过后我说我以往洗完都未曾这样过的，还再说我用的护肤品不够，不够滋润，我的皮肤很干等。过后感觉有点生气，让我感觉好像在推卸责任，便再说了一遍我以往洗完脸过后都没遇过这种情况！她才说或许是她们的therapist在清理时挤的太用力了才导致脱皮，我的天哪！过后先给我的解决方案是先自己敷面膜，每天敷，过后还干的话才返回去找她们看看。。。但为何不是先询问我是否有时间返回去给她们看看状况先，如果时间安排不到才建议我自己先敷面膜先。(可以晚上先敷面膜第二天在给她们看)
结论是接电话员服务态度语气有待提高，可尽量在几天内追踪顾客洗完脸后是否出现什么症状，以在顾客联系你们之前可以先一步了解顾客状况，那么顾客感觉心情也会有所不同。。。如果电话没接听的话过后也可现信息联系，毕竟有时上班实在不方便接听，忙完或许也会忘记复电。。。

I used to have the habit of washing my face regularly in the past, but this has never happened. . . (What's more, what I upgraded is still a hydrating one)
The first answer I got after calling back and asking was that I didn't use enough skin care products. . . The skin peeled only because of my talent. Later, I said that I had never done this before after washing, and I also said that the skin care products I used were not enough, not moisturizing enough, and my skin was very dry. Afterwards, I felt a little angry, it made me feel like I was shirk the responsibility, so I said again that I have never encountered such a situation after washing my face in the past! She just said that maybe their therapist squeezed too hard during the cleanup to cause the peeling, oh my goodness! The first solution for me after that was to apply the mask by myself, apply it every day, and then go back to see them if it is still dry. . . But why not first ask me if I have time to go back and show them the situation first? (You can apply the mask at night and show them the next day)
The conclusion is that the service attitude and tone of the answerer need to be improved. You can try to track whether the customer has any symptoms after washing his face within a few days, so as to understand the customer's condition before the customer contacts you, then the customer's mood will also be different. . . . If you don't answer the phone, you can still contact the information afterward. After all, sometimes it is really inconvenient to answer at work, and you may forget to call back when you are busy. . .
