★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like my matcha latte to be thick. But i had slightly issue with the staff. Apparently she has trouble with the cup lid, it cant be sealed because the cup was too full. So she decided to exchange to a new cup and THREW some of my drink. Well now my matcha isnt that thick anymore. Plus, i was quite bothered with her because she was talking loudly to some of her friends which was her customer TO my face.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst branch ever as there's no labelled stick on each drinks. Asked to not to put pearl in one of the drink, but still includes the pearls. Didn't even ask what's the sweetness level and amount of ice. They don't bother as it's almost bukak puasa time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff here really slow. Selalu dapat order Salah. Past 2 months visiting this outlet, every single time beli kat sini, selalu salah order. Sometime kite check and then diorang buat balik, but sometime bile rushing, or order through foodpanda, CONFIRM will receive wrong item. Most of the time the drinks usually no sugar, or they will add pearl when no pearl needed. Staff selalu blame "card terminal problem" when using card to pay. Staff working here mmg problematic. Ade ramai staff but still can get wrong. The owner should do something. Else people will just travel abit further to get a better service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brand new tea live outlet, very vibrant and nice seatings. Have not ordered any drinks yet but its a franchise so the quality should be the same as amywhere. Parking may be an issue because this place is always packed and crowded. You may park a little further away but do not forget to place a parking ticket.
