β β β β β Through the recommendation of my main contractor, i installed ADOS Alarm system in my house in JB 8 years ago.
Recently, some of the sensors are acting up and kept ringing. I contacted the JB distributor and my original installer.
They had been extremely unhelpful and kept delaying appointment because they have too much works and unable to come down and service us.
I went to ADOS website and use the What's App to check if ADOS has any other distributor in JB. However, the What's App responses were very bad with me waiting for more than 4 to 6 hours for a simple reply. In the end, whoever is on ADOS's side stop replying and can't be bothered to answer my queries.
In the end, I have to look for other non authorized alarm service contractor to help service my problem with the alarm. Even though ADOS seems to be a reputable brand in malaysia, i am utterly disappointed with the level of service even though i am willing to pay for the repair. No response from distributor, no response from your ADOS whats app number and no information on the list of distributors in Malaysia states.
I will definitely not use ADOS again and will not recommend anyone to use your alarm system.
