★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lousy products with lousy customer service! Regretted getting such an expensive package from this company at Home Expo! Within warranty period the problem already occur, the same problem occur after warranty and insist of transport charges! Worst still, their company mention their product is from Germany but the truth its from China! Within 1 year, their staff and boss need to come at least several time to service and exchange the cctv. Owner even try to upsell to upgrade my cctv when their service and product sucks! BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK! NEVER EVER RECOMMEND!
