But customer Q could be quite long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The chubby male chinese staff at the counter is very obnoxious. He can't communicate, nor understand the customer;s need, yet easily annoyed. Often times, I see him treating other staffs like a big bully. I would avoid such shop whenever I can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here, in this area, u don't go to hardware to find fasteners(like in the 90's and early 00's in Kajang, pj, etc...) . U must come here. Others will not sell fasteners because of this place. Overall, good place to fullfill your 1001 needs for fasterners. Some staffs are educated and friendly but as usual, there will be some that are clearly dumb but pretend to know everything, lol!
