β β β β β Environment and foods are good, air conditioning cold enough. But staff need to be trained and to improve their hygiene behavior. One of the customer collecting her foods from the counter, the waiter simply put the tissue papers on top of the foods, unfortunately the tissue blown away by the aircon. Then the waiter picked it up and give it back to the customer. The floor are so oily and dirty, he should throw it away and take a new one for customer.

β β β β β Terrible service. Waited 20 minutes to take my order. While waiting, 3 customers behind me went away. After all the wait, mushroom soup was not available and one of the staff throwing tantrums behind the counter. Childish and incompetent. And oh, i didn't even get a receipt because "machine rosak". Nothing is functioning well in this outlet. After 30 minutes, finally got my food.

β β β β β I wish to give ZERO star for rating. Has been closed after so many visits. The outlet never even bothered to show opening hours. Outside, many customers asked "ada bukak ke, tak?", some glazing inside leaving greasy handprints on the door glass. just dont visit this outlet unless you like to be dissappointed. Pizza hut business going down?? Likely by the look of it.
