★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 导游偷窃。负责公司人员不愿负责和商量对策。包庇偷了东西的导游，也不肯面对问题。要等警方打多次电话才肯帮忙。我爸的电话就是被他们的导游偷走，洗尽所有资料，也不肯商量赔偿，害我们还要多留马来西亚一晚来跟警察录口供。大家请多加留意自己的财物!
The guide steals. Responsible for company personnel are not willing to take responsibility and discuss countermeasures. Guided by a guide who stole something, he would not face the problem. I have to wait for the police to make multiple calls before I can help. My dad’s phone was stolen by their guides, washed out all the information, and refused to negotiate compensation. We still have to stay in Malaysia for one night to record a confession with the police. Please pay more attention to your belongings!

Staff were extremely helpful at all times with our questions. Caree and Elvin from the team were always hands on with everything. They assisted us from the time of making our plans and throughout our stay. We would not have done this trip without them. Thanks to the whole team.

Right from the start they took care of clearly providing difficult, forever changing, travel bubble requirements and taking care of immigration paper work, bookings, tests, tour guides etc. Very reasonably priced and had a fantastic holiday. Will be using their services again :)
