the staffs were very responsive with their communication. every questions and request got a reply within minutes. they were very helpful as well, giving me some good recommendations on my custom build that I am very happy with. the lead time given to assemble the rig was one week from when the order was confirmed (dropped deposit). the delivery was delayed by one working day due to some error found during stress test, which was understandable. the final rig look amazing, cable management was good with no visible cable from the front. I ran my own benchmark and everything was performing as expected, including the thermal performance. big kudos to them for providing free RGB strips and cable mods that complements the look. one small hiccup is that a wrong gpu was installed by the technician (same spec, different brand). after I informed them about it, they immediately send lalamove to pick up the rig, change the gpu, and return the rig within 2 hours. all at their own cost. all in all, I would recommend Ideal Tech for their very responsive customer service, good quality. and good aftersales service.

The person in charge very nice and responsible. They will suggest you what you need to within your budget. Will explain the differences between the products that need to change as well. Definitely a good shop to consider if you want to build your own laptop

They even answer to trivial questions and questions that are really self explanatory to people who are new at this stuff ?

I brought a custom rig with this shop before Christmas but only had time to try it out after a full. I would like to highlight that this place really has superb customer service. I had an issue where my front audio port was not working, not only did the CS gave me detailed instruction to investigate and troubleshoot, they respond to me even after working hours until my issue was resolved. Highly recommend then to anyone who is planning to get a custom pc. 10/10

I was looking for a custom build for my specific workload, which consist of virtualization, gaming and moderate rendering. They build an awesome system, the cable management are perfect, all my specific instruction followed, these guys are best at what they do. As the Saying goes, do with heart and passion and the profit will follow. The guys who work there are quite helpful, specially Jun. Keep up the work. 100% recommended if you are looking for custom build PC.

After reading comments on various forums, I was at first a little wary due to their reputation (people mentioned them being "not the most polite"), but a few exchanges later I felt that they were more akin to the 'no BS, straight to the point' sort, which, if you can get over this, then it's all smooth sailing there on. Service wise I was pleasantly surprised to find that they were still very willing to work with me even when I told them I am completely unfamiliar with PCs (I am from a Mac background and needed a workstation for graphics design). As I didn't understand their build-your-own selections webpage I was content to just browse their pre-builts, but instead they not only personally whipped up a draft build for me without my prompting, they even went as far as to make it an all-white build because they saw that the color of my current monitor was white/silver. When I saw what the PC could look like, I was in love. When picking the parts, they weren't at all dismissive of me despite my requirement being a very vague "something as powerful as my current Mac". Even when I told them I didn't really have a budget limit, they only picked the parts that was suitable to my uses and did not go out of the way to pick expensive parts. A couple of times they even switched out previously chosen parts for something that worked better and wasn't as expensive; I was impressed by their thoughtfulness. They were incredibly patient; between the date of my first inqury (13th Dec) and finalizing the build (23rd Dec) they answered all of my really long questions, explaining technicalities I didn't understand, and not ignoring me even when I took a long time to respond; they would even respond outside of work hours, late at night or in the wee hours of the morning if they happen to be awake. They started building the unit on the 23rd, though they warned me that due to year's end and a slew of orders, it may take longer. This apparently just meant a week, which I was more than happy to to wait. They completed the build on the 30th Dec and was ready to ship that day itself, and when I requested photos of the build, they were kind enough to provide even if it was not something they usually do. They gave me a free GPU support bracket (that has RGB too!) when I mentioned my worries about GPU sag with the RTX 30s, and instantly changed the unit's fans orientation when I requested them to do so. I requested to have the PC shipped on the 3rd of Jan instead (due to the weekend), and it arrived on the 4th. Their followup service is superb. They kept in contact with me, making sure I knew how to set up the PC properly, and walking me through the process when I couldn't find the required parts. As seen in the photos, their build is absolutely stunning; the cable management is squeaky clean and professional, and they have already set up the RGB to be all white as per my request, and even installed an RGB strip for accents. I unfortunately found that the glass side panel had a few scratches on it, and the protective film was missing. They suspect that it may be a manufacturing error, but nonetheless offered to replace the glass panel for me, which I was very grateful for. They also gave me back every single box that the PC components came in, and instructed me to keep them for warranty claim purposes. As for the unit itself, I have so far test run RDR2 on it, and it was butter smooth even on ultra settings. I have yet to start any form of heavy graphics work or animations on this PC, but judging by RDR2's performance, I do not doubt that it will handle it with ease. Overall, I am incredibly pleased and more than satisfied buying from Ideal Tech. From the way they went about building my PC, I could tell that they not only knew their stuff well, but are just as invested in building a great piece; they do not just want to make a sale, nor treat you with a "sold-and-over-with" attitude once the sale has been completed. Their after service is genuine and very assuring. Knowing this, I am more than happy to be a returning customer :)

Bought a custom build on early April 2022; overall satisfied with the purchase process. The team is able to and willing to communicate throughout the process from inquiry until after sales. Do feel free to ask them about parts that aren't listed as they may be willing to order for you. I did encounter an issue whereby the heat pipe of tower cooler was bent upon arrival, fortunately they are willing to replace it for free. I would suggest to start looking into using inflatable air packs instead of just plain newspaper; removing the cooler before shipping is an alternative method but some customers may not be comfortable in installing it themselves.
