★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tak arif dgn telefon yg dijual. Kata ada playstore, rupanya tak ada. Model pun boleh konpius. sengsara dua tahun tanggung hutang dgn fon yg tak disukai.
 Not good with phones for sale. It says there's a playstore, apparently it doesn't exist. Even models can be hypocritical. miserable two years of debt with unpleasant fonts.

Lack of knowledge and professionalism in dealing with customers. How to respond to customer messages is not friendly. Recommendation: Involve staff in communication skills courses in the future.

Could learn more about customer service. Simply turning down customer without no further explaination when information can be explain in proper way instead of being rude.
