★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had high expectations of this AirAsia franchise but was unhappy once receiving a rather damaged packaging and to add more insult to injury,the fried chicken was still red and uncooked.The beef rendang smelled odd and tasted like it had gone bad.Beware if eating here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought my take aways food today and the lady (whom I believe the owner of this branch) was very friendly and informative in giving the latest promotion as suggestion for me as I took 3 orders. She suggested that I could choose the couple set instead and enjoy free snacks and drinks. I am impressed with the customer oriented service and soft spoken displayed by her. Thank you very much.
I used to enjoy the food by Santan, now enjoying more of its services now. ??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such an amazing place to eat good quality Malaysian dishes. I order food and some lovely Thai beverages there from time to time. Once I went there to buy a drink, the owner Mr. Rudy and his wife treated us very well. Cannot forget his hospitality. Loved this place and cannot wait to dine in there once the restrictions are lifted. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was expecting the same kind of happiness, joy and warmth that you'd get when you open the nasi lemak box in the airplane for breakfast; but not the case here, though. The nasi lemak is still good, but not as good as eating it while the person seating next to you in the airplane is pretending to sleep.

Should at least prepare the pre-ordered drinks, even if the meals not yet done. My case, waited more than 20 minutes after Azan Maghrib, that also need to ask. My number was at the bottom. Even other customers were waiting n received late also. Neighbor restaurants already served and customers eating d.
Shop has a TV monitor display, should use the system, instead of black screen, so you dont have to shout the order number.
First and last for me. Santan KL East, which i am very ordered, is faaaaaar better than this Wangsa Walk outlet. And their staffs are more friendlier also. Will not repeat, walk in, reservations or delivery. Kthxbye.
Bad management.
Please be more systematic and humane.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ordered indomie with chicken nasi with fried chicken. indomie portion is very small can eat the ramen in 3 scoops. fried chicken is a bit dry like airplane foods ( maybe they are replicating the actual air asia foods ?). service was very slow. tastewise is okay. needs more vege on plate and was a bit pricey for a small portion and lack of taste
