โ โ โ โ โ Terrible staffs and manager, they are not providing facial although they say they are providing massage and facial package for consumers. Fraudulent service, bad employees, be careful on their business tactic, staffs are all ugly heart same goes to their face. Seriously will freak u out once u try their service

โ โ โ โ โ This Advance Beauty really very suck services..it's really look like ้พ้ๅฎขๆฃง...pay little small amount later have to pay lum sum amount after the treatment.
I regret to signed the packages last year, every time when I call to make appointment in the morning..always full. BS only...all the girls standing outside the counter just chatting and unfriendly no greeting no smiling if your packages not sign up to RM 10, 000 +++ super VIP value... meaning your booking appointment always put on hold....

โ โ โ โ โ I have done facial, body massage etc in many salons since more than 10 years ago. Advanced Beauty is the lousiest salon I have experienced. I just remembered first appointment I made with them 1 month before the date and they have confirmed the date. But after 1 month I initiated a call to them coz I would like to change appointment date and then at that time their staff jz told me they can't even do the service for me on my first appointment date and asked me called another branch. I called and the branch staff told me that I have to wait after 4 months!!! I feel like what the..... If the first branch informed me earlier and maybe I manage to book new appointment. After I made complained to the merchant who sell the voucher and finally I succeed.
I attended the appointment and the kakak did a good massage. But the staffs really the lousiest and laziest I met. I called them whole day wanted to check their actual location but nobody answered. When I reach there I can see the staffs just stood there, look free. After done, I waited at their counter for around 10 mins, nobody entertain me and nobody open door for me (they locked the door).
My experince, don't buy their package or any voucher. You can't make appointment conveniently coz they will not answer phone call and you have to make 4-5 months before!!! Unless u are their vvip customer who sign 10k!!!!! Take ur own risk.

โ โ โ โ โ I have very very bad experience with the beauty centre. I'm always call up for appointment but there's nobody answer the call. End up, i go to the shop personally and they told me currently they full of appointment until next month. But then, there is no one call up to remind my appointment. I call again to make another appointment but they say there is no more massage service. So, I ask them to refund back my money as my package signed 2 years ago. Imagine , just for 10 hours massage package, till today also i cant finish it... Can u think how teribble is the beauty centre?? Really omg!!! Plus the staff there very rude and not friendly at all... Anyone can assist me how can i make the complaint??
