★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today 27/12/2021 served by one of the staff I didn’t manage catch her name. She pass me the wrong information and ask go home do my own when i try to activate my Biz Channel account. Luckily I managed get another helpful customer service Liza Herdawati Binti Hussain. She is very kind and patient guide me step by step without her I won’t be able settle my Biz Channel account. Thank you Liza ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Sri Petaling branch very terrible. I'm preferred customer and they treat me OMG. Very impolite attitude toward the customer. If any of you are preferred customer here, I advise you to change to another branch. Just a very simple way to switch your whole account to another CIMB branch. I encourage you all to change to another branch.

I have received all along friendly ,caring and excellent service from her. She is diligent, warm and helpful. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always have bad experiences visiting this branch due to the usually bad service and long wait times. Today was the worst. There are a few staff there that are doing their job properly but unfortunately majority of them are not...so if you are not lucky enough to be service by the few hardworking ones, be prepared to wait even though there are few customers in the bank. The first person that served me (a gentleman, didnt catch his name) was friendly and helpful. The last part of transaction was to deposit money into my acct. The lady manning the entrance counter told me to sit and wait when I asked if I need to take a number. After waiting for 15 mins, I see that there are no other customers in front of me and turn around to see that the lady and a few other staff chatting away. When I went back to that counter, it was clear that they had forgotten all about it and I was then given a number with no word of apology. This is why my main bank is Public Bank next door. Stick to Public Bank & Maybank if you want decent service.
