★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is too slow. I once went there for photocopying some simple documents (IC, et cetera) but I had to wait for almost 15 minutes just to get served. I would recommend their service if you have a real deal such as printing your thesis, high quantity printing service and et cetera.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely slow. Took them more than 30 minutes to finally print FOUR pages correctly. Took another 5 minutes to just cut ONE piece of paper in half. The senior staff was not friendly, poor service. Wouldn’t recommend this place to friends. Hope they’re able to fix these issues & improve. Best of luck.

A1 paper colour cad drawing = rm6;
A0 paper colour cad drawing = rm20;
A1 linen colour cad drawing = rm20;

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i've been sending my company artwork here and they are amazing!! gotta admit i have to wait for more than 5 mins to be assisted whenever i'm here but i think the slow process is because the person who needs to layan customers is also the same person in charged for designing, printing and some other stuff. apart from that, i love their service online, very fast and efficient!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Price is too expensive and doesn't make sense for a low quality service. Better choose Achik instead of this shop. I wasted my money here, and what I got is terrible quality of thesis printing and lot of defects. Ask them to replace and edit the defect but instead they ask me to pay another RM200. Crazy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here to print some A4 size NORMAL BLACK & WHITE PRINTING.
30 CENTS for 1 page, OMG! I don't understand what are they thinking, people charging for 10 cents, some only 5 cents. Even a normal black and white printing can be so expensive, how about other services? I don't even dare to step foot in this kind of shop anymore. Sorry to the owner of this shop, but this is not the way to do business, change it or you'll have to close the shop soon, I'm excited to see how it goes, good luck greedy boss.
