★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terribly slow printing service. I just wanted to print 2 copies of stickers and it took 45 mins. The place says it accepts paywave/debit only for RM50 and above??? So have to bank in to them. If not cash only. Aiyo come on la, there are better places around melawati to print

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If can I wanna give 0 star because there’s is nothing good about this place other than have couch of the customer to sit while the slow staff is working. I datang malam tadi untuk transfer file from my cd to my email je since my laptop semua takde cd reader. This one girl (don’t know her name) walked in from i don’t know where, don’t even entertain the customer (masa tu ada 2 org je). I came and ask for help. She took my cd and masukkan dalam pc. Masa tu my file ada lagi, then apa benda tah dia tekan. Rupanya dia pergi format my cd!!!!!! Wth?????? Then she asked me “ada backup tak file ni?” I said “takde”. Then dia cakap “sorry lah tak boleh tolong”. What the hell? Then i go to achik printing, dia kata my cd kosong. I wish this company have at least provide training for their staff. Don’t simply hire people that only have basic knowledge about pc! I will never go here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a relatively new printing shop in the area, Bro Printing has wide range of products and services to offer, while providing customer with competitive price and quality.
I had my express bunting printing done in same business day, without much hassle through whatsapp chat.
Customer’s front desk services provides similar consultantation with other shops, though need to improve in some aspects. I give 4 stars for now, to allow Bro Printing to work harder to be a 5 star printing shop in Melawati and KL!
