★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst Aeon Big ever. The trolleys are not available upstairs where the hypermarket is. The Operation Manager should be responsible for this, you should provide convenience shopping experience to customers not creating such hassle where the customers have to go down again to get the bloody trolley! Sending the trolleys upstairs is your job, not the customers. Now you're making all customers pushing empty trolley upstairs for you. Price are either not labeled or labeled wrongly. You may read how many bad reviews here regarding bad management. For a Japanese brand, this is seriously the worst shopping experience ever. I hope the top management from Aeon Big sees this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So many groceries available here. Quite complete from dry to wet item. The vegetables are fresh and cheap. The wet item better come here eartly morning, things are more fresh than in the afternoon. For syampoo and body wash quite expensive. I rather bought online

But recently I discovered that the non-sweetened cincau wasn't fresh. It smelled horrible. I hope the management will look into this matter asap. This is the second time...in fact.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there this ramadhan season in order to search for raya's preparation after few years didint go due to the pandemic, and what i notice it is still a cozy place, there were many baju raya seller, shoes also got many choices, scarf also got nealofa brand etc, aeon success in maintaining their supermarket.

Fasilities ?
Cleanliness ?
But i didnt go to their wash room and prayer room so i dont know. Their food court also i haven't taste yet.

Vegetables are green? and fresh though prices have increased recently. I shop all my groceries here twice a week.
Ladies clothings are too big size. Never get to buy any.
