★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing too special about this Aeon Big branch. Restaurants at this branch include KFC, Chicken Rice Shop, and Pak Hailam Kopitiam. There is a Watson here as well as an Aeon Wellness if you're looking for a pharmacy. Several popup stalls selling clothes as well, with some smartphone accessory shops on the upper floor as well. The upper floor also houses Celebrity Fitness, and people usually come here early in the morning before the supermarket actually opens. There is a huge parking lot, which is free of charge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A regular shopper here. Lately faulty trolleys failed to locked grip on the escalators. Two weeks ago, my own trolley was sliding down while I hold on tightly in order not to knock down the front patrons. Today another mishap happen to me. An elderly couple was standing behind of me, theirs also lost locked grip on the escalator. The elderly man was shouting away.. as the trolley was sliding towards me. He alerted me fast, I missed it. Management pls look into in ASAP. DON'T WAIT FOR PATRONS GET HURT only to take immediate action.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service staff. When she is unable to scan my item, she just leave beside not even inform me until I ask her. She just said unable to scan the barcode. I need the item and ask her for help, she just leave my item beside and ask me to go in take another one. How bad the service is this.
The trolley also unable to lock when using escalator, luckily I hold the trolley if not will hite the child just in front of me. This is very dangerous, hope the management able to solve the issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go for my monthly massage at the reflexology center. And after that I always go to the food court for Ani Sup Utara, set sup ayam. I especially love the sambal belacan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the few hypermarkets in this area. Consider quite small and not many shops comparing to other places. Free parking and still easy to find empty parking lot. Traffic in and around still tolerable as of now. Not sure in coming year as the high rise condos sprouting up with hundreds of units. Wish I could give 2.5 stars or below

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Convenient place for shopping if you are nearby. But what was not making sense was the 1 hour free parking for non-members and 2 hours for members. Just queueing up today already took me almost 30 minutes. When I asked the operator about the unreasonable duration, I got a reply the queue was only 5 minutes. Either that operator was slacking off or he really had no idea what is happening.

So we were lining up to pay at your counter and the line wasn't moving. The cashier was accepting people from the outside to do the payment. We told the cashier that we have been waiting for so long but not moving and my mom can't stand too long and I have kids.
He did not respond to us. He ignored and kept receiving those who are not in queue.
We lost our patience and I shouted at the cashier, and Indian lady incharge came and no apologies or explaination given.
Where is Ur system ??? I want a response on this post
