★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room to test eye sight is so cramped. Typically it must be a segregated "dark room" but here the room is open and all lights from the shop interferes with your eye sight during test. First of its kind!
A brand new glasses was delivered with right side ear frame had been bent from its original structure (compared with the original form in the left ear frame). This must not happen to a brand new frame. When confronted, the staff (Chinese male) simply said he didn't know and simply using his bare hand with brute force to re-adjust, resulting in minor wavy right ear frame. This was not what I paid for. No devices used nor showing any concern whatsoever. Seems after a product was sold out, not their problems anymore. This is indeed very poor service and not professional in dealing with customer complaints. NEVER AGAIN!
