★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service kelaut!!! Org dh habis bayar , dekat retail ko sendiri cakap nnt ko akan tutup acc . selama seminggu dari 28/4 , sekrg hampir masuk 2minggu . Boleh accept sebab nk raya , tapi tolong la allert cust yg dh habis baya , bile call balik cakap lain putar2 belit ???????????? .
Duit laju je nak buat kerja lembab nk mampus !!!!
Sea service !!! Org dh paid off, near retail ko own say nnt ko will close acc. for a week from 28/4, it's almost 2 weeks. Can accept the reason for the festival, but please alert the customer who is out of age, if you call back, talk about other twists and turns ????????????.
Fast money, I want to do slow work so I can succeed !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Call department customer service, perlu call sampai enam kali baru tersambung ke customer service, bila dah angkat call, cakap pulak nak marah-marah, orang bertanya baik-baik, bukannya tengking-tengking, kalau bertanya marah-marah, boleh la consider salah sendiri. Belum habis tanya lagi, dah off call, hebat betul. Konsepnya macam ini, kalau dah kerja dekat deparment customer service, ada 10 orang call, 10 perangai yang kena hadap, new costumer new mood. Costumer baru yang call tak tahu awak dalam keadaan apa sebelum tu, yang customer tahu, dia dapat services terbaik, itu sahaja. Kalau mood tak baik. Stop a minute, past to other person, dont ruin another people mood dan kalau tak boleh juga, tukar department yang tak membabit bercakap dengan orang luar.
Call the customer service department, need to call up to six times to connect to customer service, when you pick up the call, talk about wanting to be angry, people ask kindly, instead of scolding, if you ask angrily, you can consider yourself wrong . I haven't finished asking yet, I'm off call, really great. The concept is like this, if you work near the customer service department, there are 10 people to call, 10 behaviors to face, new costumer new mood. The new customer who called didn't know what situation you were in before, the customer knew, he got the best services, that's all. If the mood is not good. Stop a minute, past to another person, don't ruin another people's mood and if you can't, change the department that doesn't involve talking to outsiders.
