4/3 Hantar borang loan.
8/3 Pegawai bertanggungjawab call beritahu ic problem. Apa yang korang buat selama beberapa hari tu? 4 hari baru detect ic problem?
14/3 Masih tak dapat jawapan. Bila tanya pegawai bertanggungjawab, jawapannya 'tak tahu.' Are u kidding me?! Bila minta nombor hq, tak bagi. Katanya bagi chance dia selesaikan masalah tu. Pada hakikatnya, langsung dia tak buat apa-apa.
15/3 Nak batalkan loan. Nak ambil cop dan sign pegawai, then baru nak pujuk kononnya. Apa dia buat? Hantar emel ke hq untuk tanya sebab. Seriously? Orang nak jawapan cepat, still hantar emel? Bukan terus call. Then tengah hari baru dapat mesej akad.
18/3 Pinjaman masih belum dikreditkan ke dalam akaun sampai sekarang.
Pengalaman terburuk!

8/3 Officer responsible for the call tell ic problem. What did you do for a few days? 4 days new detect ic problem?
14/3 Still can not answer. When asked a responsible officer, the answer was 'do not know.' Are u kidding me ?! When requesting a hq number, do not share it. He said he had the chance to solve the problem. In fact, he did not do anything right away.
15/3 Canceled loan. You get cops and sign the officers, then just ask them. What did he do? Send an email to hq to ask why. Seriously? People want quick answers, still send an email? Not keep calling. Then a new afternoon can be an order message.
18/3 The loan has yet to be credited to the account until now.
Worst experience!

Worst service everr !!!!!!!!!!! Long chase lunch hour? Three times he came, three times he came back and didn't settle even though he wanted to make an acc je pon. Not recommended at all??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Better than another branches at jalan r....t, at least they try to follow up my case with HQ and WhatsApp my number to update status.. Tq Ms Shuhada Shukor.. Keep mentally strong to serve us better even though we know the system is not really support.. Hope they will upgrade better system sooner or later.. Tq again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow as a turtle, come to open an account from 11 am but forced to come at 3 pm and then my queue was jumped multiple times and hold back until closed and did not get to open my account. Worst waiting period ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recommend here better because the service is so fast! It's not take a long time to serve the customer. I don't need to wait long there and they will contect me as soon as posible. Simple and easy to cooperate. Moreover, they try to follow up my case via WhatsApp to update status. Thank you so much to Miss Syuhadah. She is a great services and willingly to help me although I mess up a little hehe. Keep strong to serve us better. We know you can do It! Thanks again^^
