It's not as big as other's Aeon outlet but basic necessity are on the shelf. Too much item display at the entrance and around the counter. It could be easier for shopper if there is more cashier attendence during peak hours.

Dear AEON, I am writing this email to express my deep disappointment to AEON Retail Malaysia, particularly to AEON MaxValue, Sunway Velocity. Issues The complaint I would like to highlight here is regarding my purchase on Anglia Shandy. The purchased price is RM61.90 (as per receipt attached). The promotional price that posted in AEON Retail Malaysia's FB on 8th Jan 2022 (validaton period 8th-13th Jan 2022) was RM35.88 for all AEON supermarkets. 1. Over-pricing due to festival session AEON is taking granted on the festival session as doubling up the pricing on this item. Just the few days difference, the price can be so much different as in double up compared to other AEON and other hypermarkets as in Lotus, KK Mart, 99 Speedmart and other groccery shops. I do understand that MaxValue is emphasized the premium service to customers. However, I would understand as in the premium on fresh foods and the premium services provided. FMCG should not have too much difference in pricing. Even Parkson in Pavilion also having same pricing method for the same brand of products regardless Parkson in OneUtama and others. The difference of the premium mainly focusing on the range of premium products that offers more options to consumers. 2. Poor response from customer service in AEON MaxValue, Sunway Velocity The staff that we raised our question on why is it such difference on the pricing, "Sorry miss, this is MaxValue, our price is different" after she scanned the barcode at the cashier. Thats all. I was expecting more detailed and professional answer should be provided since AEON MaxValue is the premium outlet in AEON Retail Malaysia. 3. Similar bad experiences on same item in same store I was experienced such similar bad incident last year in my purchase of Anglia Shandy in 2021 (as per receipt named as 2021). Just one day difference in Jan 2021, the price reduced from RM61.90 to RM35.88. I purchased at the price of RM61.90 and I complained to the customer service on the next day. The feedback I received by the branch manager on the price difference was due to the fact that the promotional price was not reflected promptly into your system and refunded back to me. However, I do not see any advantages of AEON's premium when the system can be an excuses to charge wrongly to consumers and poor customer services. In short, all AEON supermarkets used to be my priority option in my daily or any purchasing for your reasonable pricing with the good service provided. However, I am truly disappointed with your pricing strategy that I experienced so far. Since the AEON careline that I called on 29th Jan informed that report has been launched and the branch manager will give me a call. I am hoping that the AEON can provide me with the valid reason on such price differences. Failure to do, I am planning to send the same reports to KPDNHEP. The AEON MaxValu I heard my family were here to experience while in Sunway Velocity Mall before. Now, I've also heard your supermarket is a nice place in 2019, or something else?

I thought I commented before on this place but could not find it. A good supermarket to visit in this mall. The place is bright and clean with wide enough aisle to shop. Have quite a complete list of groceries and non halal section as well. Check out counters are not many and quite close to the bakery area and a bit cramp if too many customers checking out.

Lots of wine selection to choose from. Good place to get your quick food supply for parties.

To the management of Aeon Sunway Velocity. Please ensure your pricing is up to date with the prices you advertise on the shelf, as prices defer when checking against the price checker. Condense milk (all brands) & Sunkist Pure Premium (RM10.80 when checking against price checker machine).....just to name a few.

Popular Super market located within the mall area. Easy to find and park. Located near to public transport. All household consumables can be found here and at good price occasionally. Staff are friendly and quick to respond
