Other staffs are quite reluctant to take your inquiry if you are not their client because each client account is tied under one specific staff. If you are registered under one specific staff, other staffs are not allowed to sell you Dzi due to conflict of interest. If you wish to switch servicing staff we client need to clarify in front of them, so much fuss.
