★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the foregoing workers busy working inside while the local Chinese workers are standing at the entrance and chatting. Nobody serving those cooked foods and drinks, but have rely on those busy foreign workers to serve.

The table turnover rate is reasonably fast, thanks to a very cooperative service crew led by a capable manager or captain. Food is tasty and up to standards like the other chains. Decor in the restaurant is also good. Recommended.
